A. In order for us to reserve your wedding date, a $1000 deposit is required for a reservation. This may be paid by a credit card or check. Payments are processed by our parent company Well Being International, Inc., therefore checks should be made to this name, and charge statements will reflect this title. The balance is due 45 days prior to your ceremony date by check or money order. If your booking is made within less than 45 days notice of the ceremony date, the total balance is due at the time of booking. Balances paid by credit card are subject to a 4% processing fee.
B. Cancellation policy: If 30 days written notice is given, a refund will be issued for $200, as $800 of this deposit is non-refundable. No refunds or downgrades of services are possible with less than a 30 day written notice.
C. Client agrees that Well Being International, Inc.'s liability for dissatisfaction of any service, including the wedding service, photos, video, music, etc., will be limited to, at most, the original cost of the individual service.
D. The separate marriage licensing fee of $65 is payable directly to agent in cash at time of appointment. No blood test or waiting period is required in the state of Hawaii, but you will need to bring valid ID’s, such as a driver’s license or passport.
E. Client understands that Keali’i Nui Botanical Gardens is a natural, tropical setting and that certain inherent risks are present such as insects, gravel trails, cliffs without fencing, waterfall pools without a lifeguard, etc. Clients assume for themselves and their guests all risks for injury, illness or loss during their visit to Keali’i Nui Botanical Gardens.
F. For safety purposes, we recommend that any high heeled shoes worn by guests have a one inch minimum base. All guests should comply with this safety measure.
G. Each child needs one supervising adult with them at all times. Separate waiver will need to be signed by supervising adult on day of the event.
H. Well Being International, Inc. and all its contractors shall not be held liable for non-compliance caused by acts of God or nature, failure of transportation or equipment, government ordinances, or by similar nature beyond reasonable control. In the event of rescheduling due to rain or other unforeseen circumstances, client agrees to accept additional costs including but not limited to flower, cake and catering expenses.

J. Well Being International, Inc. reserves the right to use negatives and/or reproductions for display, publication or other purposes.
K. Please adhere to your specifically scheduled wedding time. Any guests arriving earlier than the scheduled time or staying later than the scheduled time will result in additional fees to be paid by the wedding couple on the day of the wedding.
L. Packages are designed as a cost savings deal to be built upon with "extra touches". Any features you wish to have omitted from a wedding package are credited at 60% of item cost on the "extra touches" page.

In order for us to begin planning your catered event, a non-refundable deposit of $300 or 20% of your estimated costs (whichever is higher) is required 120 days prior to your scheduled event OR when making the reservation. The deposit can be made by credit/debit card or check. Subsequent partial payments may be required. The full balance is due 45 days prior to your catered event and is to be paid by check or money order. Balances paid by credit card will have a 4% service fee added.
B. Cancellation Policy: If 30 days notice is given in writing, a full refund of all payments made will be refunded, less the deposit which is non- refundable. No refunds are possible with less than a 30 day written notice.
C. For your safety, due to the inherent risk involved in having a catered event at an oceanfront cliffside location, client agrees to keep alcohol consumption at safe levels, understanding that under no circumstances are clients or their guests to become intoxicated.
D. Client understands that if Maui Wedding Planners contracts to host a catered event at a location other than The Keali’I Nui Oceanfront Estate, other restrictions may apply.
