In order for us to reserve your wedding date, a $1000 deposit is required for a reservation. This may be paid by a credit card or check. Payments are processed by our parent company The Spirit Of Aloha Botanical Gardens and Nature Sanctuary, therefore checks should be made to this name, and charge statements will reflect this title. The balance is due 45 days prior to your ceremony date by check or money order. If your booking is made within less than 45 days notice of the ceremony date, the total balance is due at the time of booking.

1. No refunds or downgrades of services are possible, all sales are final.

2. In the unlikely event of any dissatisfaction with any of the vendors or contractors, clients agree to resolve issues directly with the vendor or contractor. The Spirit of Aloha Oceanfront Botanical Gardens is not liable for services offered by any vendor or contractor.

3. The separate marriage licensing fee of $65 is payable directly to agent in cash at time of appointment. No blood test or waiting period is required in the state of Hawaii, but you will need to bring valid ID’s, such as a driver’s license or passport.

4. Client understands that The Spirit of Aloha Oceanfront Botanical Gardens is a natural, tropical setting and that certain inherent risks are present such as insects, gravel trails, cliffs without fencing, waterfall pools without a lifeguard, etc. Clients assume for themselves and their guests all risks for injury, illness or loss during their visit to The Spirit of Aloha Temple and Botanical Gardens.

5. For safety purposes, we recommend that any high heeled shoes worn by guests have a one inch minimum base. All guests should comply with this safety measure.

6. Each child needs one supervising adult with them at all times. Separate waiver will need to be signed by supervising adult on day of the event.

7. The Spirit Of Aloha Oceanfront Botanical Gardens and all its contractors shall not be held liable for non-compliance caused by acts of God or nature, failure of transportation or equipment, government ordinances, or by similar nature beyond reasonable control. In the event of rescheduling due to rain or other unforeseen circumstances, client agrees to accept additional costs including but not limited to flower, cake and catering expenses.

8. Rates are subject to change.

9. The Spirit Of Aloha Botanical Gardens and Nature Sanctuary reserves the right to use negatives and/or reproductions for display, publication or other purposes.

10. Please adhere to your specifically scheduled wedding time. Any guests arriving earlier than the scheduled time or staying later than the scheduled time will result in additional fees to be paid by the wedding couple on the day of the wedding.

11. Any limo service beyond the prepaid allotted time segment will be billed directly to the party’s account on file.
