The main reason for this email, is to thank you for everything you did to make our wedding so wonderful!

Everything was soooo amazing! From the Reverend, to the guitarist, to the flowers, it was awesome! You have a real top notch staff working for the company! Every person that Maui Wedding Planners has contracted/hired was over the top excellent in our eyes. Even our guests commented on the quality of staff you guys have! They were so helpful and so personable.

Reverend Hoopai “made” the ceremony, (I just wanted to hug him)! Jessica was so helpful, and right on top of things,
Benny had a voice like an angel, he even decided, at the last minute, to play one of my favorite songs, which NO ONE told him was my favorite! Mike was so cool, and by the 7 pictures of us he has featured on his blog he REALLY knows what he’s doing! You have a VERY talented artist on your staff! Being a professional hairstylist myself, I was quite nervous that I would be too picky but I was extremely pleased with her work. I just felt so pretty on my wedding day!

Then there was the estate; WOW!!! What a sight! Myself, my husband, and all of our guest’s jaw’s dropped at first glance. I even told Steve as we departed after our wedding, that I honestly could not have hand picked a more perfect, beautiful spot in the entire world to get married! It just could not ever be topped! I had, and still have, people telling me that it was by far the most gorgeous wedding that they have ever been to!

I will never forget getting out of that white 4×4, the slight mist falling over me, seeing two butterflies fluttering before me, hearing Benny sing “Somewhere over the rainbow”, by Isreal H., with Steve’s back turned to me, so that I would be the first person he saw when he turned around, and when I got to him, the sun came out and shined on us, from that moment on, throughout the rest of our picture perfect wedding day!

These glorious memories will forever remain etched in our hearts. From the first day of our life as a married couple
until the end of our days on this earth.

I was lucky enough to find myself getting married on the beautiful island of Maui and fortunate enough to have worked with Maui Wedding Planners. First I must say that if you are considering using the estate as your venue, you will not be disappointed! Our guests raved about the unexpected beauty of the site, and it was simply more than I could have imagined. Lush, unique and majestic, a hidden treasure! If you are looking for a venue that is truly magical, you have found it!

I had spent 6 months locating photos of florals, color schemes, decor ideas and the ideal cake design, etc. and because Maui Wedding Planners was so familiar with all the local vendors, they were able to easily translate my vision, and turn it into a reality. The results were spectacular! Our guests were blown away at how detailed every aspect of our wedding was, even down to my custom dyed table linens!

I will caution all the destination wedding brides that some wedding planners are very lazy and think that simply throwing you out on the beach is all it takes to create the wedding of your dreams. I was in fact told that because I was getting married on the island, white table linens were my only option, since the island provided only limited options. This is totally untrue! Be sure you find a wedding coordinator that is driven to create the wedding of YOUR dreams, not the one that is easiest for them. Maui Wedding Planners was amazing, and like I said they worked so hard to create OUR vision. I will always be so appreciative of their willingness to provide only the best for their brides!

I knew the details would come together wonderfully, and it allowed me to enjoy my time in Maui and not spend it stressing out about every little detail. It’s your big day! Enjoy it! Work with someone you know will come through, so you can smile and take in every detail of your big day!

On behalf of my husband, my son and myself, I would like to say thank you for helping us make our special day absolutely beautiful. Thank you for taking care of our day and making it everything we were looking for. It was just the three of us and the beautiful island of Maui! We were so lucky to find this great private location with an absolutely breath-taking view of the ocean.

I know every couple is looking for something different. In our case we wanted a small family affair just to enjoy ourselves. You made that all possible. My son walked me down the aisle …. My boys looked so handsome and I felt so happy because by my side were the two most important people in my life. This location can be great for a very large event or, as in our case, a small, private ceremony.

It was such a pleasure to work with you. I gave you only a two week notice and you did the absolute best job for us. Thank you so much for everything and for your patience. Our visit to Maui was a great vacation and a very special occasion. We could not have wished for a better location for our wedding. For this we all say “Thanks.” We now have a very special reason to return to Hawaii.
